LD Ports & Logistics offers a one-stop solution providing maritime logistics services across the full life cycle of projects. The company leverages its strong maritime experience and sense of innovation, to cope with the most challenging maritime projects, proposing a wide range of integrated services through a global approach.

LDLP needed a dynamic platform that could automate HR & Payroll tasks, improving workflow and employee experience. The system needed to be easy to use and feature customised elements to enhance specific HR processes.

LDPL approached Yomly looking to streamline their HR & Payroll processes. The team wanted a system that would deliver efficient management of employee information, enhanced reporting and analytics, as well as a system that would adhere to local compliance and legal requirements and feature employee self-service. Corporate HR Supervisor at LDPL, Tanvi Desai explains “We were looking for an HR & Payroll solution that solved our general HR & Payroll requirements as well as providing customised solutions for other elements of our HR processes. We needed an ATS and Performance Management module, which would enable managers and employees to track and monitor their progress.”

The Solution

Yomly implemented a customised, easy-to-use platform, automating HR & Payroll tasks for LDPL. The system is fully compliant with local legal requirements, further streamlining the running of a regional office, within the global framework of LDPL.
