Isuzu Motors International FZE has been the official regional distributor across the Middle East, Africa and South West and Central Asia since April 2017. Committed to being every customer’s best choice around the world, the primary aim of Isuzu Motors International is to provide quality service to all, striving to deliver reliable and innovative transport and mobility solutions to all clients.

The team at Isuzu Motors approached Yomly looking to upgrade their manual HR systems, integrating an automated HR & Payroll system, to streamline their processes. The team was looking for a system that would solve all of their HR needs including Leave management, Document management, Payroll processing and a Community Page. HR and Admin Senior Officer Ann Azucena, commented “we found the Yomly system to be the most user-friendly of all the options we were considering,” when asked why Yomly stood out to her team. “There was no need to provide a lot of explanation to our members about how to use the system and the mobile app is really useful to our employees.”

The Solution

The team at Isuzu Motors introduced the Yomly HR & Payroll platform to power productivity within their team. “The Yomly team provided lots of manuals for guidance as well as practical support, helping our team with any questions that we had throughout the implementation process. We held training sessions with our wider team to introduce the Yomly system and ensure that our colleagues were happy using our new automated HR platform,” says Ann. “Our employees were happy to have a new HR system for leave applications, viewing payslips and documents, among other features. It is now easier for the team to track leave balances and letter requests. The introduction of the Yomly platform has enabled employees to easily access their payslips from their profile, without having to send a request to the HR team, streamlining the entire process. The Yomly platform has definitely increased productivity within our team.”
