Quill Communication, a leading marketing agency delivering innovative campaigns for high-profile GCC clients, faced growing pains as it expanded. “We had many manual processes, especially in time and performance management,” shares Lilian Al Kadi, Quill’s HR Manager. “Paperwork was overwhelming, and communication with employees lacked structure.
