The Challenge

The worldʼs leading premium international school’s organisation Nord Anglia Education has schools based in 33 countries around the world providing a personalised education to thousands of students between 2 and 18 years old. Strong academic foundations are expertly combined with world-class teaching, cutting-edge technology and facilities, to create learning experiences like no other. 

The regional HR team at Nord Anglia Education for Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and India  approached Yomly looking for a unified payroll system that could be utilised across different countries in one of its largest regions, accounting for multiple currencies and unique tax rules and regulations. Regional HR Director for Southeast Asia, Middle East & Asia, Richard Feehan remarked, “we were looking for a flexible tool that could integrate with our existing software and run payroll from one location.”  

The Solution

Yomly was delighted to implement a customised system for Nord Anglia’s regional HR function, working closely with the team to create the perfect solution for their specific requirements. Both teams adopted a collaborative approach to the project, working together to create a system that could fulfil the needs of Nord Anglia Education. The Yomly platform is currently being used in the UAE, with implementation already underway for their schools in the wider Middle East, Southeast Asia, and India. Following the successful implementation of the Yomly platform in the UAE, “we have already started rolling out the system across multiple regions, including India, Vietnam, and Singapore, enabling more of our teams to benefit from the Yomly platform,” concludes Richard.
