EagleBurgmann Middle East, a leader in providing sealing solutions to the oil and gas, petrochemical, and power industries, recognised the importance of modernising its HR processes. Following an internal audit, the company realised it was crucial to increase efficiency and visibility for both front-end users and management.
Tedious manual processes, such as leave and absence management, attendance tracking, and expense reimbursement, created delays and inconsistencies. “We needed an HR system that can streamline these processes while giving us better control and transparency across our operations,” said Silpi Dutta, HR Business Partner at EagleBurgmann. They wanted to ensure their HR solution could handle the complexities of daily attendance, business travel management, and payslip generation, as well as accommodate various requests for letters and documents.
