Before implementing Yomly, the Sharjah English School team faced significant challenges in managing their HR & Payroll processes. The team operated without a dedicated HR system, relying on manual processes that were time-consuming and prone to errors. Payroll reporting, in particular, was cumbersome, requiring extensive effort and preparation, especially during audits. ”We were looking for an intuitive system that would help automate our HR & Payroll tasks and report on data,” says HR Manager, Gemma Holloway.

As the demands on the team grew, the need for a more efficient and data-driven HR system became evident. Sharjah English School sought a solution that would reduce manual workloads, enhance reporting capabilities and streamline HR and payroll functions.

While some manual processes still require adjustments to meet our specific needs, Yomly has contributed to our increased productivity.”

Looking ahead, Gemma and her team plan to explore further enhancements, particularly in Performance Management, to maximise the value of Yomly’s HR solutions.
